All skincare bought in packages are considered a final sale and are non-refundable. We thoughtfully curate each package to provide you with a personalized treatment experience and exceptional value.

If your circumstances change and you are unable to use your package, the remaining treatments may be graciously gifted or transferred to another individual. Please contact us prior to the next scheduled treatment so we can assist with the transfer.

Once a treatment has been redeemed, that portion of the package is no longer eligible for transfer.
